Acupuncture vs Qi Gong or Chi Gong

In Eastern Medicine and Chinese Culture, we believe in the moving of energy and use proper diet, Chinese herbal medicines, acupuncture and the practice of Qi Gong. Acupuncturists stimulate "acupuncture points" found at the specific locations on the surface of our body and insert very fine needles through the skin. The Chinese theory of acupuncture is that the health depends on the circulations of vital nutrients and energy called "Chi or Qi".

When we practice Chinese Qi Gong or Chi Gong, we move the energy in the body using different techniques include breathing and visualization with gentle movements. The Chi is then increased through the practice like self-acupuncture but without the needles. It is common for students to feel just "wonderful" after a Qi Gong practice. The stimulation of the body through the practice is like stumulation of acupuncture points helps restores a sufficient flow of Chi throughout the body.

Master Teresa's teachings help to balance your physical, emotional, the psychological and mental body supporting your spiritual growth.

We do have programs to for acupuncturists to learn how to send chi to the needles too.
