Helping ourselves and extending to help others through Chi Gong
Master Teresa Yeung
has expanded her teachings of Chi Gong to include achieving joy and abundance. In 2014, she founded the new school
“The Seventh Happiness® School of Chi Gong”
so everyone knows that the practice of Chi Gong not only improves your physical health,
but also brings you peace, feelings of joy and abundance.
Master Yeung, Grandmaster's Wu's successor, and healer at The Seventh Happiness School of Chi Gong and Wu & Yeung® Qi Gong Wellness Institute. The School primarily focuses on the teachings of Grandmaster Wu, his theories, beliefs, philosophies and his Wu's Hunyuan Gong® styles. Wu's Hunyuan Gong® consists of 25 clinically proven successful Qi Gong (also referred as qigong or chi kung) Styles amalgamated the essences of hundreds of Qi Gong Styles the Grandmaster learned in over 65 years of practices, clinical research studies and from many deceased famous masters of different modalities. Master Yeung is a healer by carrying a torch from China. She is heir to thousands of years of Medical Qi Gong study and refinement directly from China. Together with projecting her medicinal Qi (Chi) Energy to all students, Master Yeung also emphasizes correct hand posture, alignment and correct breathing to increase your Qi (Chi) Energy. When one understands and feels the strength of the Qi (Chi), one will progress much faster and will also practice more faithfully while feeling the power of the QiEnergyPlus®.
The Grandmaster said, "Practicing Qi Gong is most economical. Your investment can very well be just one lesson. You learn how to bring the Universal Qi down and start moving your Qi. Then it does not cost you anymore money from then on. All you have to do is practice and you will start moving in your own healing journey. You can say that Qi Gong is the most economical means of healing. It is the bright alternative lamp. The world has a great need for Qi now. We need more people to spread the Qi teachings out."
Master Yeung emphasizes correct hand posture, alignment and correct breathing to increase your Qi and make it much more powerful. Reasons behind all Qi movement are explained with detail, so students understand what they are practicing. A lot of easy to apply, self-healing methods are also openly taught. We believe in sharing the truth and secrets of natural healing. When one understands, one will progress much faster and will also practice more faithfully. Our teachings have no religious background and are open to all cultures and people.
